Founding Members are the inaugural players — laying the foundation and tone of energy for Los Angeles’ newest pickleball clubs near me. Membership fees are billed monthly once the pickleball club opens with cancellation possible with notice — no long-term contracts or hidden costs. We want you here because you love it, not because we’ve locked your students in.
The whole point of reservations at Pickle Alley’s court, they said, is to keep things fair and straightforward. Each membership comes with a predetermined number of active bookings at any given time. If you, for example, have booked two courts as a Premium Member, you will need to use up one of your sessions before booking another.
You can also book for free open play near me, private lessons, socials or group sessions on our online system. Add-ons can be booked up to 24 hours after you’ve played. The higher the tier, the further in advance you can book — up to 14 days for Ultimate Members.

Both options include the equivalent of one free ticket worth $89 for Premium and three $89 tickets for Ultimate, with 50% off additional entries. You can even invite guests to pickleball open play with you, take lessons or attend socials.
It’s also an excellent way to recruit newbies into the game. Most of us long-term members arrived here as guests and never left because we fell in love with the place. That’s what makes our club alive — every rally could be a friend’s first and great opportunity to provide a pickleball guest pass.
The coaching program at Pickle Alley is designed for all levels. Intro clinics covering serving, scoring and positioning are available for beginners. Intermediate players can work on technique and shot placement. For more advanced players, competitive drills can be set up or one-on-one sessions may be scheduled to work on your strategy.
Our certified coaches are just as passionate and fiercely competitive, but have experience coaching players of all levels. Members also get a 10–20% discount on private lessons and group clinics. We also offer round robins, ladder leagues and pro-level exhibitions — there’s always a new way to stay motivated on court.
Joining as a Founding Member means you’re not simply signing up — you are contributing to the foundation of the club. Members have a direct say in programming, get reduced prices and first chance to purchase tickets before the public. The dimensions of the pickleball courts on Pickle Alley are by official standards — 20 X 44 feet, with a net height of 34 inches at the court center and 36 inches at the side lines. Indoors, the high ceilings and LED lighting make a lovely, comfy play space. Outside, players breathe fresh air and take in LA sunshine and views of the city skyline.
Games can go fast — typically 15 to 25 minutes per match — but they’re also social and easy to learn. Whether you’re paired up as doubles or singles, you’ll enjoy quick volleys, exciting strategy and friendly ribbing. It’s competition without the ego — just the raw joy of play.
As a member, you receive access to our 2,800sq/ft fitness space – complete with cardio, strength training and recovery. It’s a useful cross-training complement to your pickleball game —counting toward balance, endurance and mobility.
We wanted it to feel modern and uncluttered, with smart zoning for warm-ups, cool-downs and mobility. Many members pair short workouts with their match schedule for a perfect health regimen in the busy lives of LA. And in phases to come, they will include a sauna, cold bath and recovery area where patients can hide away afterward — because are you really performing at your peak unless you’ve also taken time out?
Absolutely — it’s one of the most efficient total body workouts that double as a fun activity. One session of play can burn 300 to 600 calories, help develop coordination and strengthen your core and legs.
