Every membership gives you access to the broader Pickle Alley club experience, including Open Play, our fitness and recovery space, member events, towel service and parking.
Your membership tier determines additional benefits such as private-court access, booking windows, guest passes, programming access and member discounts.
The goal isn’t for every member to use every benefit in exactly the same way. Some members live in Open Play. Some organize private games. Some compete in ladders. Some use the gym before every session.
Membership gives you the ability to make the club your own.
A reservation is a future booking or registration made through OpenCourt for eligible club play, such as Open Play or a private court.
Membership reservation limits govern how many future reservations may be active at one time.
Premium Members may hold up to 2 active advance reservations, while Ultimate Members may hold up to 4. Basic Membership is subject to current fair-access reservation guidelines.
Once a reservation is completed, it falls off your active count and you may make another.
Your membership tier also determines how far in advance you can reserve:
Basic: 7 days
Premium: 10 days
Ultimate: 14 days
Certain club programming, participation opportunities, or additional booking access may be managed separately when capacity allows. Additional access does not permanently change the reservation limits or access included with a membership tier.
Same-day unused capacity may also be made available when the schedule allows.
Fair-access guidelines are the booking and participation limits Pickle Alley uses to keep shared courts and programming available across the membership.
For Basic Membership, reservation access is managed under these guidelines rather than a fixed published reservation allowance. Limits may be adjusted based on membership levels, demand, and club capacity.
Reservation limits control advance access, not the total number of times you can visit the club.
Members may play through Open Play, private courts, club programming, and same-day availability depending on their membership and the schedule.
Reservation and participation controls are designed to maintain fair access to shared club inventory and may be adjusted as membership, demand, and capacity change.
Premium and Ultimate memberships currently include access to eligible recurring Pickle Alley programming such as select ladders, round robins and weekly competitive activities.
Special events, tournaments, clinics, leagues and other programs may have separate pricing.
Basic Members receive member pricing where applicable.
Programming changes throughout the year based on demand, season and the needs of the club.
Yes.
Premium Members receive 1 private-court guest pass per month and Ultimate Members receive 3. Additional private-court guests are $10 per guest, per hour.
Guest policies may vary for Open Play, special events and organized programming.
All members have access to our approximately 2,800-square-foot fitness and recovery space.
Use it for a full workout or simply spend ten minutes warming up before you play. The space includes equipment for strength, cardio, mobility, stretching and recovery.
Gym access does not count toward membership reservation limits.
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month and may be upgraded or downgraded as your needs change.
Cancellations must follow Pickle Alley’s current membership cancellation policy and required notice period.
A one-time $50 initiation fee applies when joining Pickle Alley.
If someone cancels and later rejoins, a new initiation fee applies.
Yes. Members may use one membership freeze per rolling 12-month period, for up to 30 consecutive days.
The freeze does not accumulate, roll over, or reset annually. If you use a 10-day freeze, for example, you have used your one freeze for that rolling 12-month period; the remaining 20 days are not available later.
A freeze costs $25, requires at least 5 days’ notice, and your renewal date will shift by the number of days your membership is frozen.
You don’t have to be a member to play at Pickle Alley.
Nonmembers can book eligible Open Play sessions, private courts, clinics, lessons and events at the applicable nonmember rate.
If you begin playing regularly, membership often becomes the better way to experience everything the club offers.
