How to Book

Pickle Alley offers players one of two simple choices:

Member Reservations

Pickle Alley Members can book private courts, Open Play, and eligible club programming through OpenCourt based on their membership tier.

  • Reservation limits are based on membership tier. Certain programming, participation opportunities, or additional booking access may be managed separately when capacity allows.
  • Premium and Ultimate Members may reserve one private court for up to two consecutive hours per day in advance.
  • If you’re already at the club and additional court space is available, check with the front desk — we may be able to extend your private-court time based on same-day availability.
  • Book across 14 dedicated courts — 9 indoor and 5 outdoor.
  • Additional club amenities are available according to membership level and current club policies.

Your membership is designed to let you play frequently while keeping advance court access equitable across the club.

Guest Passes (Ultimate & Premium Members Only)

Ultimate and Premium members may use guest passes exclusively for private court reservations. Guest passes cannot be used for:

  • Open Play

  • Ladders

  • Clinics

  • Lessons

  • Socials or special events

Whether you’re committing to a weekly private game or booking a last-minute rally with friends, your membership lets you reserve courts online on your schedule.

FAQ

Court reservations are managed through OpenCourt online or in the app.

A reservation is a future booking or registration made through OpenCourt for eligible club play, such as Open Play or a private court.

Premium Members may hold up to 2 active advance reservations at a time, while Ultimate Members may hold up to 4. Basic Membership is subject to current fair-access reservation guidelines.

Once a reservation is completed, it falls off your active count and you may make another. Certain club programming, participation opportunities, or additional booking access may be managed separately when capacity allows. Additional access does not permanently change the reservation limits or access included with a membership tier.

Open Play is community-style pickleball. Players rotate through games, meet new people, and play with a variety of partners and opponents throughout the session.

A private court is reserved for your own group, making it ideal for games with friends, practice, training, or simply having a court to yourselves.

Both are part of the Pickle Alley experience — choose the format that fits how you want to play that day.

Advance booking depends on your membership tier:

  • Basic: 7 days
  • Premium: 10 days
  • Ultimate: 14 days
  • Nonmembers: up to 5 days

Earlier booking access is one of the benefits of membership and gives members greater flexibility when planning prime evening and weekend play.

Yes. Members and nonmembers may participate in more than one type of activity in the same day, subject to availability and the applicable booking rules.

For example, you could reserve a private court, join Open Play, and participate in a ladder or clinic on the same day.

For advance private-court reservations, Premium and Ultimate Members may reserve one court for up to two consecutive hours per day.

If you’re already at the club and additional court space is available, check with the front desk. We may be able to extend your private-court time based on same-day availability.

Nonmember private-court bookings follow the current nonmember booking limits shown in OpenCourt.

Plans change, but please cancel as early as possible so the space can be made available to another player.

Most reservations, classes, clinics, leagues, and special events require at least 24 hours’ notice to receive credit or avoid a late-cancellation penalty.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of the reservation or credit. Members may also be charged a $10 missed-reservation fee, and repeated violations may result in temporary booking restrictions.

Ball machine rentals require at least 6 hours’ notice.

Weather-related outdoor court cancellations and true emergencies are handled according to our full Cancellation Policy.

You’re in the right place.

Start with Pickle 101, a beginner clinic, or a private lesson to learn the basics of scoring, serving, positioning, and game play in a comfortable setting.

From there, Rookie Play and other beginner-friendly programming make it easy to get games, meet other newer players, and build confidence before moving into broader Open Play.
