How to Book
Pickle Alley offers players one of two simple choices:
Member Reservations
If you are already a Pickle Alley Member, logging in to your account allows you to book private court reservations, socials, and open sessions, based on your membership tier.

There is no limit to the total number of reservations — only how many you can hold at one time, depending on your membership level.

Add-on bookings are available 24 hours after your last session.

Book across 14 modern courts (9 indoor + 5 outdoor).

Guest Passes (Ultimate & Premium Members Only)
Ultimate and Premium members may use guest passes exclusively for private court reservations. Guest passes cannot be used for:

FAQ
Courts can be reserved through the Open Court app or online. There is a cap on the number of active bookings you can have around the city at any given time, for each membership level. For instance, Premium Members can keep a maximum of 2, and Ultimate Members can hold a total of four.
There is no monthly limit on total reservations once you’ve ridden one of your sessions. This ensures that everyone has equal access, while also giving the most active members the freedom they need. You can book for open play, private courts, clinics and socials all in one spot.
For open play, it’s community style — players switch up doubles partners, meet new people and keep games coming. It’s also perfect for social play, short battles and meeting your level partners.
Private courts are just for your group: ideal for skills training, small groups or events. Instructors and players preparing for leagues or tournaments also love them.
At Pickle Alley, there is room for both: open play enabling connection; private play creating habits of precision. Members and day-pass visitors have the option to alternate between them, or choose based on mood, skill level, or pickleball scheduling.
It depends on what membership tier you have:
- Basic: 7 days in advance
- Premium: 10 days in advance
- Ultimate: 14 days in advance
- Day Pass: up to 5 days in advance
The best part of the membership is the ability to book in advance. It allows you to reserve time slots you like and schedule your week with peace of mind. Those extra six days mean a lot if you’re out there playing on the regular — you’ll have a leg-up on snagging your preferred courts (especially when we’re talking about prime evening and weekend slots).
Yes! Members and day-pass players can reserve multiple sessions in a day. The number of active reservations you can have is only limited by your tier. Have you reached that limit? An example would be that an Ultimate Member can have up to four at a time. After your first reservation finishes, you can literally book another — even for later that day.
We’ve built the system to be modular and fluid. If you wrap an early session and want to keep playing, you can see real-time availability and extend your playtime with only a few taps.
Absolutely. Pickle Alley also accepts Day Pass players and offers unlimited access to courts, gym and facilities. The $60 Day Pass includes up to two hours per booking per day and can be purchased online or in person.
The Day Pass is ideal for visitors, newbies or anyone contemplating jumping in before becoming a member. You’ll still enjoy the same energy, community, and convenience as our members — but without the long-term commitment.
We understand that plans change. You can cancel without hassle using your account online or by phoning the front desk. When you cancel with at least 12 hours’ notice, your booking credit is automatically restored, allowing you to rebook later.
If late cancellations/no-shows continue to exceed the number of reservations, bookings may be temporarily put on hold to ensure fair use for all members. Our policy keeps the system fair and open — everyone wins.
Yes — regularly. The competitive schedule at Pickle Alley is driven by round robins, leagues and seasonal tournaments for all skill levels. Priority registration is offered to Members, while limited select open competitions are available to Day Pass players.
Our leagues are social, yet structured — perfect for improving your game and making friends. Look for friendly rivalries, post-match hangouts and a burgeoning leaderboard of local talent. We also host charity fundraisers and theme nights, with a focus on creating an enjoyable community.
