1. Advance Reservations
Court reservations may be made through the Pickle Alley booking system. Same-day walk-ins are permitted based on availability.
2. Membership-Based Booking Access
All booking limits, access levels, and reservation privileges are determined by each member’s specific membership tier.
3. Reservation Duration
All court reservations are booked in standard time blocks as set by the club. Extensions are permitted only if no upcoming reservation exists.
4. Open Play vs Private Courts
- Open Play is included with membership during designated times
- Private courts must be reserved
- The club reserves the right to convert courts between Open Play and Private Play based on demand, programming, or events
5. Open Play booking and event rules
Open Play is intended for shared, rotating play and equal access for all participants. It may not be used to host private events or reserve space for a single group. Organizing or hosting parties or group events through Open Play bookings, coordinating large groups in a way that limits court access or normal player flow, setting up decorations, tables, or large food arrangements, or bringing non-participating guests to occupy space is not permitted. If a booking functions as a private event, it may be reclassified as a Private Event and subject to applicable event rates, staffing, and availability.
6. Check-In & Late Arrival
- All players must check in at the front desk prior to play.
- For private court reservations, if players have not checked in within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time, the court may be released to other players.
- Open Play check-in is based on availability. If Open Play is full and a waitlist is active, players are expected to check in within 30 minutes of the start time. If there is no waitlist, later check-ins may be accommodated.
7. Group Size
Each court allows a maximum of six (6) players, unless otherwise approved by staff. Larger groups must reserve multiple courts or book through club events.
8. Guests & Non-Members
Guests and non-members must adhere to all club rules while at the facility.
Guests and non-members may book courts directly, subject to availability and applicable rates.
9. Court Use & Conduct During Bookings
Court time must be used for pickleball only unless otherwise approved. Coaching, events, leagues, or organized group sessions will require special booking and approval.
10. Staff Authority
Pickle Alley staff has full authority to manage court assignments, resolve booking conflicts, and reassign courts as needed for safety or operational efficiency.
Reservation of Rights: We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this policy at any time, with or without notice.
