Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time, or failure to show up for a reservation, may result in:

• Loss of the reservation without credit
• Temporary booking restrictions for repeated violations
• Account review if misuse becomes ongoing

Because many memberships include court access and ball machine use without per-reservation charges, members who miss a reservation or cancel late may be charged a $10 missed reservation fee per occurrence.
Repeated missed reservations may result in:

• Limited advance booking access
• Temporary booking restrictions for abuse

If Pickle Alley officially closes outdoor courts due to unsafe weather conditions, cancellations will be waived and credits issued where applicable.
Light rain, wind, or drizzle does not automatically qualify for penalty-free cancellation unless courts are officially closed by staff. Our team will make a conscious effort to provide as much advance notice as possible.

Classes, clinics, leagues, and special events must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive credit..

Pickle Alley encourages Open Play participants to use the sign-up board and mix in with other players as part of our community-driven culture. However, Open Play remains self-directed.

While staff may provide guidance on court flow or use of the sign-up board, Pickle Alley does not guarantee partner matching, opponent availability, or that participants will rotate or mix. Players may choose to remain in a group of four, and the club cannot require participants to change play arrangements.

Registration for Open Play provides access to the facility during the scheduled time only. Refunds will not be issued based on player interaction, match availability, or personal preferences.

Ball machine rentals must be canceled at least 6 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the rental fee.

True emergencies may be reviewed case-by-case at the discretion of Pickle Alley management.

Reservation of Rights: We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this policy at any time, with or without notice.
