1. Membership & Access
Pickle Alley is a membership-focused club. Access is reserved for members and approved guests or day-pass holders. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.
2. Conduct & Sportsmanship
Respect, fair play, and good sportsmanship are required at all times. Harassment, threatening behavior, discrimination, or aggressive conduct toward players, staff, or guests will not be tolerated.
Egregious or repeated violations may result in suspension or permanent ban from the facility without refund.
3. Attire & Footwear
Proper athletic attire and non-marking court shoes only are required.
Court shoes must be clean and not worn outside before play.
Players may be asked to clean or remove outside footwear upon entry to protect the playing surface.
Street shoes, boots, open-toed shoes, or barefoot play are not permitted on courts.
4. Equipment
Club equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Personal paddles are welcome. Ball machines are available for rent. Inspection upon check-in and check-out required. Any damages or missing items may be charged to your member account.
5. Safety
No alcohol or glass containers allowed anywhere on property. Players must follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions. Any injury must be reported to staff immediately.
6. Cleanliness & Care
Players must clean up after themselves. No food or drinks on or near courts (water only).
Any spills must be reported to staff immediately.
Equipment and facilities must be treated with care—damage caused by misuse may be charged to the responsible member.
7. Animals & Service Animals
We love animals — but for safety, cleanliness, and comfort, Pickle Alley is not a pet-friendly facility.
That said, service animals are always welcome where required by law. A service animal is a dog trained to perform specific tasks related to a disability. Emotional support, therapy, or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted inside the facility.
Service animals must remain under control, be housebroken, and not disrupt play or operations. If an animal becomes unsafe or disruptive, we may ask that it be removed, while still welcoming the handler to stay and enjoy Pickle Alley.
8. Staff Authority
Club staff has full authority to enforce all rules, manage court rotation, and address unsafe or disruptive behavior. Staff decisions are final.
9. Violations
Failure to follow club rules may result in:
- Warnings
- Temporary suspension of privileges
- Termination of membership for serious or repeated violations
Reservation of Rights: We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this policy at any time, with or without notice.
